Before you post, please read these rules!
1. If you are below 13, you are not to be on this website. It is against the law. You have been warned.
2. This is a roleplaying website, so I don't want to see posts like this:

If I find any posts like this you will receive a warning. Common mispellings are accepted, but this is not.
3. Again, this is a roleplying website, so you talk in third person. I do not want to see this:
Quote:| I walked into the classroom with an apprehensive look on my face. I looked around and saw that no one was there, so I took a seat near the front of the room. |

No. This is what it should look like:
Quote:| Bob walked into the classroom with an apprehensive look on his face. He looked around and saw that no one was there, so he took a seat near the front of the room. |

Along with that, posts should be in past tense. This is not acceptable:
Quote:| Bob walks into the room with an apprehensive look on his face. He looks around, and sees that no one is there, so he takes a seat near the front of the room. |

It sounds ridiculous, and I do not want to find posts like that.
4. Your posts cannot be one line. I want at least three lines, because it gets boring when people post like this:

5. You cannot speak for other people. This means when you post something like this:
Quote:| Bob said hi to Anna and she said hi back. |

Sorry, but no. This is what it should look like:
Quote:| Bob said hi to Anna, and awaited her reply. |

6. You can die, but this is completely your choice. When you decide to kill off your character, this is what will happen:
PM me the information your character had, and I will put them in the graveyard. From there you can:
~Become a ghost. (See the ghost FAQ)
Or
~Have me delete your account.
This is completely up to you, and no one can interfere with your choice.
7. Do not post illegal or sexual content, such as drugs, porn, nudity, or anything else you feel the need to post shamelessly.
Please Note: Sex is allowed, but you should give a warning in the thread title, and please, you don't need to post with extreme detail what happened. You can go to a certain point, but then post something like "A few minutes later" or "The next day". No one needs to hear that kind of stuff.
8. Respect all moderators and older members, they are only trying to help you, and they would not appreciate it if you posted something extremely rude about them.
9. Do not spam. If you do so, you will get a warning, and the post will be deleted. This includes PM spam, and posting your website links in areas where it is not allowed.
10. You are not allowed to be any characters from the books, or use the actors from the movies as Celebrity Look Alikes.
11. No god modding. God modding is when you post something like this:
Quote:| Bob was in his first year, but already he was at seventh year level. He had decided to go to the Dueling competition tonight, and he walked there casually, knowing he was going to win. He flashed his perfect smile at some girls and then headed to the stage. Flicking his wand lazily, he said, "Avada Kedevra." and his opponent instantly died. He walked off the stage proudly, he had not even broken a sweat. |

1. If he was in first year, he would not be at seventh year level. Period.
2. He would not know he was going to win, and he certainly would not be casual. He would be nervous, and unsure of whether or not he could do it. Confidence is ok, but arrogance is not.
3. "Flashed his perfect smile" Nobody is perfect. Get over it.
4. "Flicking his wand lazily, he said, 'Avada Kedevra!'" First, you can't use the three Unforgivable curses, so don't even try. And say you could, do you think you'd be flicking your wand lazily? No. You wouldn't.
5. "He walked off the stage proudly, he had not even broken a sweat." Do I have to explain this?
So, remember, nobody is perfect.
12. Like what was said in the above rule, there is no use of the Unforgivable Curses.
13. You cannot get married, or have kids. That's the bottom line.
14. If you would like to be a creature, you need to register. This includes veela, vampires, werewolves, elementals, seers, empaths, metamorphmagus, and animagi.
